Frame Tutorial

This is what we will be making.
(**This is for the more advanced PSPer!
What you will need:
An image of your choice
This silver pattern

Sybia plugin
You can find it Here

OK, letís get started.

1) Choose an image to work with.

2) Duplicate (Shift D) 2 times and close your
original image.

3) With one of the duplicated images resize to 50%
and go to Effects>>Image Effects>>Seamless Tiling
and use the default settings.

4) Minimize the small seamless tile image for later use.

5) On the other (larger) image add a symmetrical
border of 2 (any color that is NOT in your image).

6) Flood fill with your silver pattern. Deselect (Ctrl D).

7) Add a symmetrical border of 1 (choose a dark
color from your image).

8) Flood fill with your dark color. Deselect.

9) Repeat steps 5 through 8 until you have a total
of 3 silver borders and 2 dark borders alternating.

10) Add a symmetrical border
(any color EXCEPT white) of 25.

11) Flood fill with your small seamless tile you
created earlier. DO NOT deselect.

12) Go to Effects>>Plugins>>Sybia>>TILEMIRR
and use these settings:
Control 0: 14
Control 1: 3
All others set to: 0
Deselect.

13) Repeat steps 5 through 9.

14) Add a symmetrical border of 35.

15) Select it with the Magic Wand, Flood fill with dark color.

16) Go to Layers>>New Raster Layer

17) Flood fill the new raster layer with your
silver pattern.

18) Go to Effects>>Plugins>>Sybia>>TILEMIRR
and use the same settings as before. Deselect.

19) With your Magic Wand using these settings:
Mode: Replace
Match Mode: RGB Value
Tolerance: 0
Sample Merge: UNchecked
Contiguous: UNchecked
Feather: 0
Anti-Alias: UNchecked
Click on just one of the dark areas (all the
rest of the dark areas will automatically have
the "moving ants" around them.

20) Flood fill just those dark areas with your
seamless tile. DO NOT deselect yet.

21) Go to Adjust>>Blur>>Gaussian Blur
Radius: 10

22) Go to Effects>>Plugins>>Sybia>>Twister and
use these settings:
Control 0: 236
All others set to: 0

23) Go to Effects>>3D Effects>>Inner Bevel and
use these settings:
Bevel: #2
Width: 31
Smoothness: 100
Depth: 50
Ambience: -46 (minus 46)
Shininess: 0
Color: White
Angle: 0
Intensity: 49
Elevation: 90
Deselect.

24) Go to Selections>>Select All

25) Go to Selections>>Float

26) Go to Effects>>3D Effects>>Inner Bevel
Use same settings as before. Deselect.

27) Go to Layers>>Merge>>Merge All (Flatten)

28) Repeat steps 5 through 9.

Resize your finished graphic to a suitable size
(I always resize mine to 350 pixels on the largest side).
Make sure to sharpen your graphic so itís clear,
and you are done!
